We are no stranger to CIS. We have used them in other properties that we have opened and this one is no different. The level of professionalism that Jim and his staff bring to the table is outstanding. They all have a strong grasp on how gaming works and more importantly they understand guest service, because at the end of day guest service is what will set you apart from the other guy’s. I would recommend this system to anyone that wants to see the service scores rise all while becoming more efficient in day to day operations.
