We have been using the Slot Floor Monitoring System at Treasure Island Resort & Casino since 2010 and are extremely pleased with the results. We had set some very specific goals regarding our ability to respond to guests or problems on the gaming floor. This system has ensured that we are exceeding our guests expectations. In 2013, we upgraded to the Premium Player Module that lets us accurately target our higher value players. This new system has allowed us to improve the response time by more 25% and has significantly elevated our level of guest service overall. The Casino Hosts love the Premium Player Module because they know in real time where their guests are, if they have won jackpots or need any type of assistance. When we hear “upgrade”, most of us can recall the bad experiences we’ve had in the past. With CIS Technology, our upgrades have been seamless and painless. If there is a need for technical support, the response from CIS is outstanding. If we do have any questions, the CIS support team will return calls promptly and will walk us through the steps to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. I definitely would recommend these products to anyone who is interested in improving their guest response times and guest service.
